Before You Book, Babe
We want every visit to go as smoothly as possible for you and for us. Please take a moment to read through our policies — by booking with us, you're agreeing to everything below. 💕
A card is required to secure your booking — however, your card will NOT be charged. All payments are due in CASH only on the day of your appointment. Please plan ahead and bring the exact amount in cash. No card or digital payments will be accepted at the salon.
We don't do walk-ins — every visit is reserved just for you. Please book in advance through our booking link to secure your spot.
Please arrive with your hair freshly washed and free of oils, heavy leave-ins, or thick products. Arriving with dirty or overly-oiled hair may result in rescheduling or an additional fee.
Before your appointment, please send us a photo of the style you're going for so we can show up fully prepared.
All hair services are priced at mid-back length. Add-on fees apply for longer lengths and are listed on our booking page.
Please give us at least 48 hours notice to receive your deposit back. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will not be refunded.
If you miss your appointment without reaching out, a no-show fee of 50% of your service price will be charged. Please call or text (859) 806-9594 if something comes up! ♡
All services are non-refundable. If anything doesn't feel right, please speak up while you're still in the chair so we can make it right before you leave.
We take photos and videos for our portfolio and social media — come camera ready, sis! ✨ Just let us know if you'd prefer not to be posted and we'll respect that.
