We want every visit to go as smoothly as possible for you and for us. Please take a moment to read through our policies — by booking with us, you're agreeing to everything below. 💕
We are a cash-only salon, so please plan ahead and bring your payment ready. We don't accept cards or digital payments at this time.
We don't do walk-ins — every visit is reserved just for you. Please book in advance through our booking link to secure your spot.
Please arrive with your hair freshly washed and free of oils, heavy leave-ins, or thick products. We don't offer wash services — arriving with dirty or overly-oiled hair may result in rescheduling or an additional fee.
Before your appointment, please send us a photo of the style you're going for. It helps us show up fully prepared and makes sure we're on the same page before you even walk through the door.
All hair services are priced at mid-back length. Want it longer? No problem — add-on fees apply and are listed on our booking page so you always know what to expect.
We totally get that things come up! If you need to cancel, please give us at least 48 hours notice to receive your deposit back. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will unfortunately not be refunded.
If you miss your appointment without reaching out, a no-show fee of 50% of your service price will be charged. Please call or text (859) 806-9594 if something comes up — we always appreciate a heads up! ♡
All services are non-refundable — but your happiness truly matters to us. If anything doesn't feel right, please speak up while you're still in the chair so we can make it right before you leave.
We take photos and videos for our portfolio and social media — so come camera ready, sis! ✨ By booking with us you're giving us the okay to feature your look. If you'd rather not be posted, just let us know and we'll absolutely respect that.
